Changes to my WordPress Bigbang theme

Hi, I have setup a test website with a WordPress theme. You can check the test website here: [login to view URL] The theme I have bought is BigBang and you can check it here [login to view URL] If you go to Showroom in my test website, I have created a test portfolio. If you hover with your mouse over one of the entries, you will see that there are only two clickable spots to allow you to see more info about that entry (they are the blue arrows in the [login to view URL] I have attached). The maqnifier icon will just explode the image but not redirect you to the portfolio entry. What I want: Make the entire orange square clickable (I don't mind if we need to erase the magnifier or the chain icons), as long as it's clear for the viewer that the entire orange area is clickable. What I require: I want to know every change the awarded freelancer will make, as this is a test website and I need to make these changes by myself in my normal website. How I will pay: I will not create milestones, full payment will be released after I see and check the result (and of course after the freelancer inform me with ALL the changes he/she made to website).
