Buddypress specialist to develop social network site.

Hello everyone I’m looking for someone to develop a social network site using buddypress, so very good knowledge in using buddypress is mandatory. Check out [login to view URL], it’s developed on bp and has a lot of the features we want. Keep in mind that buddypress has plenty of free plugins so you will only have to implement them, not create them from scratch. I added the link to the free plugin next to the feature that we want. Please read all of the information before bidding and also give me an estimate on the amount of time such a project will take. I will provide the winning bidder more detailed instructions. I prefer someone with very good English skills, as the project will involve a lot of communication on skype, yahoo mess.... We already have most of the design and css. Attached you can find a list of the small design and css elements that need to be implemented. Features already done in the design and css appear with regular font and the ones who have to be done are with bold. Good luck!
