Creation of 2.0 sites complete with graphics, profile, About, and contact page

I need a total of 200 2.0 sites made. I need 40 of the following sites: wordpress, livejournal, [login to view URL], blogger, tumblr The sites will need to be created from different IP's because they will ban the account if you make too many from 1 IP. In addition to making these, I will need them to have graphics of a niche I will tell you about if you win. I need a full profile for each one with a picture. I will need an About, and Contact page created and filled out for each site also. I need to know how long this will take to do and if this works out, I will likely have other similar work in the future.
