Assessment website for exams

A coder is required to make a website which will enable teachers to test students online. The software developed should mark all questions at the end of the test and give an overall level/grade for the test taken. Learners must be able to see their level/grade at the end of the test and teachers should be able to download the result in an excel spreadsheet. We are currently entering the data for each question in an excel spreadsheet so that we can analyse each exam paper, question by question and use a look up table to give an overall level/grade for the test taken. The coder is required to ensure that this can be done by generating the mark for each question and give an analysis at the end for a list of students in a class. I can provide an example of the excel spreadsheet we use for analysing students results.. The website should be designed so that other schools can subscribe to it and will generate a unique password for the school login. Students and teachers of a school should have the same school login for username and password but individual login details for teachers and students of a specific school. The teacher should be able to upload a class list from an excel spreadsheet or enter the names of students manually for his/her school. The teacher should be able to assign a test to a class or an individual student within a class. There must be a feature to set a password by the teacher to be given to the student on the day of the test. The admin section of the website should be very user friendly and designed to enable the manager of the website to create tests including pictures and short answer questions/multiple choice or keywords. The manager must be able to input the marks for a question or sub questions and the marks should be calculated when a student completes the test.
