Design web application and create dummy version of software with front-end only.

I am creating a web application with the intention of commercializing it. I need a web designer to design the user interface and create a “dummy version” of the software with only the front-end to visualize how the software will work. Below is what should be included; I’m open for suggestions… DICO DESIGN IDEA Dico allows businesses to encourage the entire team to define problems and suggest solutions. It’s an inclusive way for businesses to generate and discuss great ideas. Regular Users • Ability to invite other employees o The company will have the option to enroll employees through the human resource team. • Add post to provide an idea, suggestion, or problem. o Post needs to be categorized as additional comment, or proposed solution. o Comment can be anonymous or with employee name. • Search for existing posts. o Search options should allow key terms or length of time. Admin Users • Ability to easily see the posts with the most activity o The idea is for decision makers to be able to identify the valuable information the employees are providing in a short amount of time. • Ability to accept, amend, or deny the idea, suggestion, or problem. • Ability to create surveys o Surveys should have the option to create as mandatory or voluntary o Surveys should have the option to be completed as anonymous. o Admin should have the option to display results for all employees after survey closes, or keep the results hidden.  If results are kept hidden, admin should have the option to release results at a later time.  Admin should have the option to export results to PDF or download file. o Admin should have the option to close survey automatically or close it manually. o Admin should have option to set automatically reminders for users that have not completed the survey.  Option should include different time intervals for reminder to be sent • Ability to invite other employees o The company will have the option to enroll employees through the human resource team. • Add post to provide an idea, suggestion, or problem. o Post needs to be categorized as additional comment, or proposed solution. o Comment can be anonymous or with employee name. • Search for existing posts. • Search options should allow key terms or length of time.
