Design for website - repost

This project is for a logo and a new design for website http://w [login to view URL] are d-hou [login to view URL] Requirements for logo: height should be limited in order to have a height for the header of the site around 70px Requirements for new design: - Page width should be around 980px, larger than current width (proposals welcome) - Pictures on destination pages (ex: [login to view URL],48.856667,2.350987,15,1,30,[login to view URL]) should be put on landscape format instead of current portrait format. - Text and punctuation should not be changed (but format of text should of course) - Adsense adblocks size and position should remain close to what they are with current design, but proposals for new placement in line with adsense recommendations will be studied - New design should include all pages (in 5 languages) , and in particular: - homepage ([login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) - destination pages (ex: [login to view URL],48.856667,2.350987,15,1,30,[login to view URL]) - property detail pages (ex: [login to view URL],en,[login to view URL]). For these pages, the pictures should be viewable in larger format (around 640px width for landscape format pictures) - personal area ([login to view URL] - accessible after login, can be seen with test login / password: test) - all forms. ex: [login to view URL] (for this particular page, height of the form should remain the same as it is today), [login to view URL] (accessible after login, can be seen with test login / password: test) ... - All menu items should remain the same, but the new design can propose to change the position of menu entries, in particular using the header section of the page - A new menu entry should be added to add a particular property to a list of favorites ("save for later"), as well a an entry to see the list of saved property. - Apart from the list of saved properties (list of favorites), no new page should be created. The page structure of the site should remain the same - The overall number of different pages to re-design is around 50, many of them being very similar. Please navigate on the website and using the test / test login / password to see all pages - New design should be delivered in a web / developer friendly way: low kb pictures for fast loading, pictures ready for inclusion in html/css/php, css entries for text (font, font color...)
