We are redesigning a website for a Spanish company who deal with property sales for exclusive and expensive properties in the Costa Del Sol area of Spain.
We require a template designed so that we can then create an entire web database application using this new layout.

We will provide the colour scheme we wish to use along with the logo of the company in an .AI format.
All we need is the template design. We would want the original .PSD, a sliced version, together with any fonts etc that were used.
