Company Website Redesign

I need to have my website redesigned. It is a company website dealing with rivets and machinery. Most of the information is already at it's current website, http://www.chicagorivet.com. I expect you to take a look through all the pages on the current site before bidding for this project. Some additional information (text & graphics) will also be added which I will provide. No new functionality will be needed except maybe a search function. This will be an informational website. I don't know how I want the site to look so you should provide me with a few different themes for me to choose from. However, the site should incorporate these things: - Be fast loading. - Professional Looking - Template should reflect the industry we're in, ie. machinery. - The site will eventually be in 2 languages, Chinese & English. You need to be aware of that as you design the templates. I will expect a few themes for me to choose from, perhaps one using the colors of our logo, another with black background, etc. I am not opposed to you using and customizing an existing template. In fact, if this brings the cost down and can be completed faster, I'm all for it. Keep in mind that although the site is currently only in English, it will eventually be translated into Chinese as well and there will be 2 versions of the site at the same domain, english & chinese versions, that should look the same except the text will obviously be different languages. I will expect to see samples of your work and you need to let me know how long you expect the project to take.
