Circles: Exclusive Services for Party-goers in Egypt -- 2

Circles: This project aims to provide a set of services that work in an interconnected fashion to create an “exclusive” community where event planners, venue owners, & other entertainment providers are in close contact with their fans & clients. These set of services will challenge the current status quo, disrupt the market, and address customer needs. Other than providing an elite hub for customers & event planners to exchange updates & feedback, the business plans to facilitate the ticketing process to a particular genre of entertainment events in Egypt. Note: - Purchasing will be done online and credit card info will be stored under each account thus that needs to be taken into consideration when developing the website/application, the currency used is in Egyptian pounds and so the payment gateway will need to deal with that currency & be PCI compliant. - In order to test the concept it is planned to launch with a responsive/mobile website. once the concept is proven a winning concept a mobile app will be developed ideally a hybrid app to work across platforms. The rationale behind that is not to limit this project to just online ticketing but to provide broader benefits and services for the users thus mobile applications will allow more freedom to do so. - There are several milestones that are to follow after the MVP is launched and they need to be taken into consideration thus working with agile scrum methodology is optimum. - A logo design and overall website design will also need to be developed. - Optimum launch date: Mid June 2016 in order to have time to test it out.
