Change Header of Joomla Website (Oculus Template) with new designed Header

We have a Joomla Website built with Oculus Template ([login to view URL]) which has been adapted with our content. The web address is: [login to view URL] For this website we need a newly designed header and buttons (you find it attached) implemented without the responsiveness of the template and all the other features compromised or broken. The Header Design will be provided to the freelancer as a PSD or other File of his Choice. You find the design attached as a jpg file. The same job needs to be done to 2 more sites (so 3 in total) and we are looking for a freelancer to work this out. This project is only for the first site so please quote only the site [login to view URL] since the other sites use other templates and the work might differ. We are not looking for a big company but we are looking for a dedicated individual who also takes the time to read this text and also refer to this.
