Build a stand-alone software platform with modules

This project is to build a stand-alone software platform ("Software") that can be fully customisable as to its interface etc and is able to install additional customisable modules to provide more functionality (example: POS module, HR module, Inventory module, Shop module etc). Each module will have its own set of user interface, database and functionality including it's sub-Inventory module which will update to the main database of the Software's respective modules. The system MUST be able to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics systems (all data) and is operable as an App on Android and IOS. The software should also be able to generate data on its own in xlsx or txt reports based on the administrator's template and fields required. The stand-alone software should be able to be hosted on a cloud over a secured internet connection or on an in-house server infrastructure which users can access to the mainframe via the App on a secured LAN WiFi connection. The software and its modules should have user access control and administrators are able to set access permission rights to what modules each user (within their domain) can use and/or see. There should be about 2 levels of administrators (Super and Normal Admin) for the main Software platform and then another 2 levels of administrators for each Module. For each Module, below the administrators will be the Manager users and Staff users. Customers or vendors will be a separate category of users whom are able to use the App for making purchases, appointments, info, planning etc. Customers will be able to download the Android or IOS App and register an account on the Software (through the internet) and the Software will assign what type of account the user will have. Each user will have access to certain modules and data input by those users (example: purchases or bookings) will integrate in real-time to the mainframe stand-alone Software platform and update other Modules accordingly. *Example: Like an e-commerce website, the customer can see and make orders to the item they wish to purchase as well as be notified if there is sufficient stock of that item available. The customer can also make reservations for timeslots or make pre-purchases of goods before collection. The customer can then make the purchase via their registered and preferred credit card payment method and receive a QR or Barcode to collect the item at the store. The store's Inventory module will be updated in real time and if the stock falls below a pre-set warning limit, the software will issue a notification to the customer to check with the store staff and also issue an auto-generated purchase order for authorisation to the respective administrators. Once authorised, the system will deliver the order to the supply vendors. A bonus will be given if these modules can be integrated to other existing POS systems and/or to another vendor's module who also runs this same but separate standalone Software (ie B2B interface). Development time for the overall Software is 9 Months and will go Live in March 2016. We will provide the blueprints and workflow to successful bidders. Prototype screen shots must be ready by 17th July and the BETA version of the App and Software must be ready by mid September 2015. Bidders must be a company with fully employed developers and must be able to deliver on the required deadlines. Penalties will be imposed if the specs are not up to mark and any deadlines missed will constitute a breach of contract and legal action will be taken seriously. All bidders must adhere to our NDA requirements. Please submit your portfolios of past development projects for assessment. Successful bidders can be invited to participate in long-term future on-going developments of new modules for various customers and may even share in with the future project profits depending on your performance for this project.
