Build a simple website

Minimalistic website for a scientific research group. The website will consist of the homepage and 3 "info" pages. The pages will contain both static and dynamic elements. Designer is needed to create the static framework. The dynamical part will require simple scripting (javascript?). 1. HOMEPAGE. The homepage should be extremely simple: the title, links to 3 info pages, the search field, and the feature interactive element. [login to view URL] is a pretty accurate representation of what is required. * The outline of the homepage is attached - homepage.jpg. This is only a very very rough (and admittedly tasteless) outline. The final design should be similar to [login to view URL] * The main interactive element is a dynamical object - see animated [login to view URL] to get the idea. It will work using the same principles as in [login to view URL] - a collection of hundreds (even thousands) stochastically moving dots. Trajectories of the dots will be calculated by a simple equation, which I will provide. The movement of the dots should be affected if the mouse cursor is hovering over them (screen touches should have the same effect). 2. INFO PAGES. Info pages should also be simplified to the minimum. An info page will contain the menu with links, the title and a list of entries. There will be 3 info pages: Research, People/Team, Publications. More info pages will be added later so it is important to design a simple mechanism for adding links to them on the home page and in the menu. Attached files give only a very rough idea of the content. They are not intended as style guide. * The menu: this is common for all info pages. The menu should remain visible when pages are scrolled. It should contain links to all pages and the search bar. The search bar should perform search in all documents on the website using google search tool. * Research. This page will contain two key elements: the dynamical gallery of representative images and the list of research project. Examples: (a) gallery: [login to view URL] (the actual gallery can be significantly smaller), (b) list of projects: [login to view URL] - general outline for text and figures * Publications - pubs.jpg. List of publications. Each publication will have its own frame with: title, bibliographic information, collapsable abstract, thumbnail of the first page, link to the publisher's website, link to a local pdf copy. Examples: (a) [login to view URL] - how to arrange article's elements (this is not an example of fonts), (b) [login to view URL] - nice fonts and style. * Team - list of group members. See (a) [login to view URL], (b) [login to view URL] - general arrangement. Clicking on the team member photo should bring a very short info page. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Browsers, platforms, devices. Simple internal structure of files for easy maintenance.
