Hi, I have been working on the same concept for the home owner and contractor purpose for one of my client of US. That work in under development process and I would love to show you that as you will be able to see the prototype software. I would be developing that in ASP.NET with MVC4 and the front end will be in Bootstrap. I have 7+ years of exp in web development and I am also certified by Microsoft for the same. I can complete the Beta version of the application in 4 week and then 2 weeks for error refinement.
