Please send only serious offers. I need new website in Slovenian language in CMS Wordpress. The website must have features like this website [login to view URL] But the website must have a modern and much nicer design, like example: http://www.bolha.com. So, the website I need is like Real Estate website, whic also have cars, motobikes and other. This is antoher clean design that i like: [login to view URL] This WP theme is perfect, but it has got ony Real Estate, I need also website when I can put in cars, motobikes… Necessary functionalities for website: 1) I can insert products in frontend and backend of CMS 2) Products can be Real Estate and also cars, motobikes and any other products 3) Some of the information in the product (contact informations, .pdf documetnt…) are only visible to registered users, who bought a paid package 4) I need different paid packages: the time period ( 1 month, 10 days…) and also the user can buy only package for product. 5) Payment systems will be for now only via Invoice. Latter we can add others: Paypal…

Zdravo komšija, hi neighbour! As i understand you want standard website for customers ads. My question is, who would add new ads, you or site visitors? In every case this is a serious project and i feel it that way. I would like to be a part of it. My strongly suggestion in every case is to use some of premium themes for several reasons. Most important is: future updates. In future WordPress platform will update and maybe even change some of its core algorithms so you MUST be prepared for that if you have this serious website. And you can accomplish that by buying premium theme with lifetime future updates included. I have some questions about functionalities if you decide to work with me. I hope we will cooperate.
