Build an Online Store

Hello! I am looking for someone to build my video-selling website! The site should have a sign up, so users can register using an email/username/password. I would like there to be two types of users signing up, clients and submitters. I would like there to be a listings page where clients are able to post what type of video they would like for the submitters to create and post. Clients will post a challenge and all of the submitters will attempt to make a video that is requested by the client. From all the videos that are submitted, the client can choose which one they would like to purchase. Submitters may respond to the client’s listing with either a comment/question, a video (only client is able to view videos posted by submitters), or be able to favorite the listing. When a submitter favorites a listing, the listing can later be found in the submitter's “favorites” tab. Client may then choose from the videos that were posted by the submitters, and if chosen, the submitters will be payed the amount that was originally specified in the listing’s post.
