Benton's Discount Tires

I need a custom e-commerce tire website that has a detail description of the product along with a picture of the product with a custom check availability form that will be able to calculate quantity, price, taxes, transaction fee, shipping charges and personal information input (name, address, email and phone number). The Check Availability Form has to work like a Typical Checkout Page, but it want have a payment option. The form will need to be linked to my email so I can send a response back to the customer on the availability of a tire.
