From your description it doesn't sound like they'll be specifying face, like nose, eyes, width of jaw, distance between mouth and nose, height of nose, forehead, etc. I can make one female model and one male model, generic and then scale parts of the body based on the value they provided. As for the drawing onto the texture of the body, it's going to be tricky as I need to make a comprehensive editor. It's a lot of work. So far I was very good at making video games, but I always made them based on very detailed and precise descriptions. Is it possible for you to describe all the features you want implemented. I mean, will there be a palette of colors, what kind, how many colors, brushes, how do you want editor to work, to be pixel or line based or both, or something else. I mean, there are like infinite possibilities. I assumed you want the most comprehensive editor with tons of features hence my bid.
