Blog setup assist

I have an existing WordPress blog (food & recipes). One of my posts is attracting significant traffic and I want to promote a webinar on this topic (at no charge to viewers). I would like to set up a webinar opt-in page within the blog, with links from all existing pages to the webinar opt-in page. The webinar opt-in page will need to capture basic list building & fulfilment data (name, email address, comments, etc) as well as offer other webinars which viewers will have to pay for. Therefore, this page will also have to handle payment transactions. I am looking for someone to set up the above structure within my blog, and who can: o Demonstrate a high degree of technical competence within WordPress o Provide samples of their work which is relevant to this assignment o Provide recent references with contact details o Work unsupervised, to a budget and timeline o Ideally, have a great working knowledge of social media and traffic building techniques. I will have more of this type of work coming up, so I am looking to find someone with whom I can work on an ongoing basis. I don't have buckets of money (yet), but am happy to pay well for a job well done. Payment will be in $US dollars. I am located in Melbourne, Australia but have no preference as to your location other than that you may have to work in with my time zone as/if required.
