Afiliate Widget designed and programmed

Background: I need a complete Affiliate Widget designed and programmed. A dynamic typer of banneradvertising where I can update offers in the widget from my pc. The widget/dynamic banner will be put on some Scandinavias largest newssites a.o. The content of the widget will offer consumers special deals to theater, concert or sports events. The purpose of the widget is to inspire and at the same time encourage a purchase (an advertorial). Therefore it should contain both news about e.g. a theater (review etc.) and a purchase button that redirects the user to our specific ticketing webshop (an established ticketingprovider in the Scandinavian market). We are looking for something like what I have attached. It is an affiliate widget related to sports put on the website of [login to view URL] The task: I need a complete design of the widget (I have brandguidelines that should be taken into account). A structure/architecture that accounts for both inspiration and traffic/call to action/purchase. I expect the task will need the following ressources: -Design 20 hours -HTML/CSS & Theming 20 hours -Development 40 hours (create content types, integration with backend that we can control and push new offers from), affiliate widget configuration (select which events should be shown in widget), create affiliate widget template, ensure that the specs live up to the standards of common Scandinavien websites and can be implemented, performance optimization) -Project Management 10 hours -Quality assurance and adjustments 8 hours (also include system teaching via Skype, a manual for the system) -Hosting environment (update/create feature, merge and upload to produktion)
