Adobe Business Catalyst Website - Trial for ongoing support

We are seeking ad-hoc support for upgrading, updating and maintaining an Adobe Business Catalyst (BC) hosted website. Successful freelancer must be highly experienced in BC and work in accordance with "best practice" for web design, usability and SEO. We have a number of planned upgrades that we need done. We also have ongoing/maintenance work and changes we will want carried out as required. Ideally the freelancer will be able to provide suggestions, recommendations along the way. Looking for high quality work, great customer service and friendly high trust working relationship. Will require references, examples of work and an hourly rate. Details for "trial project" : please provide a quote to create a small form, where people can provide details (email address only) in exchange for a PDF document being downloaded or emailed to them. We want to create the 'form' on 15 different pages, each with a different corresponding PDF.
