Cleanup CSS/Formats/Fonts on Website

We have a website we recently redesigned with Joomla. We need immediate assistance cleaning up the CSS and/or fonts/typestyles, etc. The site has the content from our old site simply 'slapped' on our new site - its there but ugly/messy! We need someone who knows Joomla, CSS and can lay out a page reasonably well (no intense graphic design really - the theme takes care of that, but design skills could be helpful), just a good eye for layout out text and a few images on web pages. We have both a public and private site. Public site is approx 12-15 pages. If we like your work on this site we'll have you also do our private site (separate project, but range selected is for both). You must submit references, speak English, and be able to make Skype calls to go over project details. I would imagine this is a 4-6 hour project if you know what you're doing.
