Most performers are not staying on line long enough to get customers. May be issue with site or having problems with site not disclosed. Need website manager duties: 1. Suggest and implement promo to reignite interest in both customers and performers. 2. Investigate issues with performers. If it is a site issue then must implement correction. 3. Manage present and future performers signed up to optimize site income. 4. Update regular site advertising. 5. Suggest site improvements to make easier for performers.
