if you will not provide access to admin part of shopify then how can I do these changes ? As shopify is not something that you can take on local host and work . Yes we can do one thing that we can work through team viewer on your system :)

Are you sure you could install the menu drop down on your own? If you do not know liquid how could you install the code? Can I see your current shop? What template are you using? I could provide you the dropdown codes but without access to your shop, you will have to install it yourself!

Hello, I fully understand the requirement. May be i can help you in this mini project. Please see my comments inline. 1)fonts and font size, opacity, over hover color can be easily changed [Niraj] : Do you want it configurable. 2)Split into 2 vertical menus, with title and horizontal bar [Niraj]: Can be done easily. 3)if one side of either menu is shorter, full rectangle background is maintained [Niraj]: Meaning both the Menu should have same dimension. 4)ability to also just make it a single vertical menu instead of 2 [Niraj] : If the items are not more, then we consolidate into one.
