Convert a Template to a Website

I’m wanting a new Word Press website and for it to look like this site: [login to view URL] I will provide photographs and content – the written words and the links to YouTube videos for embedding and clients logos to appear on site and so on. The above site is developed from a free template, to which the link will be sent through on commencement of project. The other requirements I wish from this project is that I will be able to totally self-manage the website, once the project is complete. That is, I will be able to change all and any content, if required, and also add to the site in the way of blogs and other information when necessary. I will also ask that the finished project is uploaded onto my Word Press host server, ready for publication. Access to the host server will be given once the project is complete and ready for publication.
