Convert Photoshop to HTML/CSS/JS

Hi everyone! I’m developing a website app and have all the screen designs finished as PSD files. Now I need someone to convert all of it into HTML/CSS and occasionally JavaScript (JQuery or Angular). The elements have to look 100% the same after converting, I’m not accepting anything else. This is how it’s going to work: - Once I choose someone, we will do a small element as a test. If this is done in very good quality and fast, we will then continue on the rest of the project. There are 8 screens so far, with a lot more coming in over time. - please have either previous works in your portfolio or link me some, so I can get an overview of what you’re capable of. - You should have good skills in CSS and HTML, and be able to implement certain animations using CSS or JavaScript, using JQuery or AngularJS (preferred). ——— I prefer people from Metro Manila, Philippines, as I’m currently here and want to sit down later in person for explanation of the later screens. ———
