Convert PSD into HTML Bootstrap

Hi, I need you to convert these 2 PSD into HTML files. Here is the requirements: - Use Bootstrap - Use sprite when possible - when possible use css gradient or color for background instead of image, to reduce the page size later. - There are 2 main pages: Home Page, Member Page. These 2 pages have exactly the same layout, so your the HTML code must comply to this layout. - Tabs inside the member must be delivered in separate HTML files, so there is no need to make javascript that will hide / show tab content as tab button is clicked. - Javascript to manage popup (show / hide) needs to be created - Do NOT use table to manage form layout. Table can only be used to build table view (such as: transaction history,referral list, etc), use bootstrap horizontal form instead. PSD will only be provided to freelancer that win the project
