Build me a website

I have attached a breakdown of what i need. this is just the start. I need people to read the briefs, look at the wireframes before you quote. If you have not read and understand the brief, i will not respond to your quote. What i need the most other than a great design, is an understanding of how to integrate other website API\'s into my site. Have a look through the wireframes in excel, i have tried to map out how the flow will work with each click. Also I want a freelancer who is available to talk as well, so I can make calls about any updates i need. I have attached wireframes and brief. Happy Bidding
