Build me a new personalised website

Hi there, We are in the process re-branding our business and require someone to build us a really nice website so our customers can find us, find out who we are and also buy products online. This website must be aimed at the elderly and disabled and guarantee trust and be easy to read and understand. Over the years i have built quite a few nice websites from templates and have familiarised myself with Wordpress, prestashop, Zencart and more, unfortunately as i am not a graphic designer or php expert or seo guru i have never been happy with the finished [login to view URL] sites never seemed personalised to our business enough and i have always struggled with SEO. I have also paid a couple of companies but their efforts were poor to say the least.. I am not fussy and open to suggestions regarding what website platform to use as long as it has these features: Admin control panel Ability to sync with ebay and amazon Good easy SEO Must be fast. Out of all the websites formats Wordpress/woocommerce is my favourite but not sure how good woocommerce is at SEO as my previous ecommerce platform seemed to work better for SEO.
