Hello there, I just seen your project and i think i can do it quite well. I am kinda overqualified, since i do have 7 years of work experience in web development (in global) :) Anyways 1. Order our service, Easy to do, we can do it to be like product, or direct sale (just pay now button, or whatever you like or prefer) 2. Complete an online questionnaire I would actually create custom developed thing for questionnaire for this website, so it would be easy to use and modify any questionnaire you want, and / or export / import it... 3. Have the data that we collect in the online questionnaire be able to merged into a word document so that we can create different word templates using the data that our customer fill in the online questionnaire. Merged into .doc file no problem with that, i just think that excell file would work kinda better (because of fields = easy to transform and to add to webpage, or load from webpage) 4. We need the user to be able to have their own username and password to save their data if they wish and then come back at another time to complete the online questionnaire. User profiles are no issue at all, and in every site i develop i actually have those... Other than that, i can offer website security on really insane level (i love security and i do penetation testing (was my job for 1.5 years)). Basic seo included. And pages, you can have much as you like, and i can add blog and gallery for free..So i want to do this :) All the best, Stefan
