design brochure & stationary for janitorial company

we are looking for someone to design a PROFESSIONAL brochure that we can send out to potential clients. We are looking for something that will showcase our professionalism and the services we offer. Our main line of work is our janitorial work, but we also do window cleaning, pressure washing, floor care (stripping and waxing). We are looking for a brochure that will showcase all of these. We are also looking to have someone design our stationary for our company to include letterhead and business cards. If we are able to find the right person who is able to meet our requirements we will have a lot of additional graphic design work available.
