We are looking for a professional designer who can: 1. Work with photoshop, imageready 2. Know web design and how to work with layers , divs - create pages We will provide you with a PSD file that is big 1.5 MB and will be the home page of a website. You will have to : cut it and make it many small images and also filter the images to make them smaller size and also try not to lose the quality of them. Then you will have to create the home page of the website by making the page layers and inserting the images. The project is really simple for people who know this stuff (not more than 1 hour work). That's why we are not going to approve high bids. Please bid as low as possible. We will choose the lowest bid. We need a provider who uses instant messengers. We provide the PSD file with the design. There is a very small change that you must do. I must be sure that you will understand the terms that's why I ask you to put the word: photoproject in your bid otherwise you will not be chosen.
