build wordpress sites

I'd like the content to be similar to this site but designed in wordpress and with nice bright colours. There will need to be content in the site very similar to this site including a landing page, contact page, services, video testimonials and free report. The site(s) will be specific to citys so the content and tagging must be edited to reflect the city and URL I supply you with. The design must also have an attractive banner that advertises that the site is for sale and I will supply you with a paypal buy now button to install on the front page. I will start by only buying one website from you, but my intention is to buy 100's Please quote me on your build price and hosting per year. Keep the cost's very low, this is not a hard task.
