Customize Existing Magento Template Theme

We need extensive custom work for our current website template (see: [login to view URL]) The store will be specialized in selling printer related supplies. We are looking for someone who is both talented in website graphic design and has extensive experience as a Magento developer. The goal is to replicate the polished look and feel of the following websites: Prefered Examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Other possible examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL], [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The idea is to go through the current template and change/customize as needed in order to achieve an overall polished look on all pages. That means smooth, clean graphics wherever possible. Note: We are not requesting any graphic work for advertising content (product banner work etc), so you don’t have to worry about that. As an example, you should feel comfortable doing the following: 1. Move the chained select printer menu section to the top left corner. 2. Change the button images and have different button images depending on section. 3. Nudge buttons where required. 4. Change font sizes, types, colors and placement. 5. Modify current template code so logo size is not restricted to a certain size. 6. Modify graphic boxes so that they have a gradient effect and have rounded corners. 7. Modify navigation menu look, color, size, style etc. 8. Move search section and place it anywhere required. 9. Widen or lengthen a menu section as required. 10. Widen the chained select printer menu boxes so more text can be seen 11. Change look of text input fields and drop down boxes. 12. Add an advertising box anywhere where needed. 13. Add a slider banner to the front page (Extension will be provided) 14. Change website page width as required. 15. Easily fix any Magento errors as they occur. 16. Possibly install a Magento extension (Extension will be provided) Once the project is finished you will also need to provide all source files (graphics, PSD’s, etc) as well as an archive of the finished Magento template (For backup purposes). (Again, we are looking for someone who is very good at website graphic design and who has experience working with Magento. We are looking for quality design here and will choose based on the work you show us, so please provide examples of work you've done. Thank you.
