Custome osCommerce or X-Cart template

We need someone to help develop a site utilizing osc or x-cart. It will be a site which sells ATV's and Motorcycles. The following is what the contract will consist of: 1. Basic logo and header design. 2. Customized osc or x-cart template (including customization of the main page, shopping cart, and product description pages( Must have the ability to have multiple product pictures ; the goal is to achieve a professional look that is easy to use. 3. Search engine optimization tweaks 4. Setup the site on our existing server. I will take care of inserting all the products into the catalog as well as various other tasks
