I have a new project requiring an original website design. The design will be based (modeled) from two existing website, yet with original elements. It will ultimated be used as a Wordpress Template, but for this project I just want the Photoshop designs first. PMB to request the model websites to be used, and a hand-drawn mockup for guidance. Requirements: 1. Create an original custom design in layered Photoshop format - THREE DIFFERENT LAYOUT CONCEPTS in mockup form. 2. Homepage and sub-pages will be different, so two final layouts will be required. 3. Provide flat .jpg or .png mockups for client-review. 4. Revise final version until we are satisfied (up to 5 revisions max) 5. Deliver final layouts in layered Photoshop format WITH LAYER LABELS NOTE: DO NOT WATERMARK OR COPYRIGHT THE MOCKUPS WITH YOUR COMPANY OR WEBSITE. WE AGREE NOT TO USE THE MOCKUPS FOR ANY PURPOSE EXCEPT TO SHOW THE END-CLIENT FOR REVIEW. YOU OWN THE DESIGNS UNTIL THE PROJECT IS FULLY PAID AT WHICH TIME WE BECOME THE RIGHTFUL OWNERS AND THE DESIGN MAY NOT BE REUSED FOR ANYONE ELSE. Payment: 50% milestone posted at start; released upon submission of first draft mockups and approval. Balance (50%) released upon approval and completion of final deliverables. We require you to send the files upon completion before we release the final payment so that we can make sure the layered file is properly prepared with layer labels, etc. ABSOLUTE BUDGET LIMIT: $250 Preferred Budget: $200 Estimated time frame: 3 -5 business days Start: IMMEDIATELY
