Complete web site and web application design

Design of web based electronic document archive service. We are a Nordic translation agency working world wide as supplier of translation services for the last 25 years. We are expanding our services into an web based document storage service (subscription service). Our clients will be existing clients and new companies that need to organize and make available documents like user manuals, service manuals, drawings etc. internally, to their distributors, wholesalers etc or to the general public on the web. All type of companies that to need to organize and make their documentation like user manuals, service manuals, drawings etc. internally, to their distributors, wholesalers etc or to the general public on the web. We will offer this service from a web site, where the client can register and subscribe for our service. The client will have a link on his web page that take his users to our web service, or he will have a window on his page where his users can access our service. The application is written in php and MySql and is under beta testing. We do need a complete design of a web site for promoting our application, plus the visual ,design of the application itself. The web site will contain pages like home page - services presentation- testimonials - help - contact - plus log in to the application itself (these pages are just example). The application itself contains of a set of views (forms) for registration, payment, upload of documents, viewing of documents etc. These views needs a similar design as the web pages, plus several icons for adding documents, deleting documents etc. (standard, intuitive icons), to eliminate the need for text as much as possible. Both the web pages and application will be multilingual, where specific language is selected automatically or from a row of flags. We do need the disigner to implement the layouts based on texts we do supply, plus the application itself. This requires knowledge on php, so the codes behind the pages are not disturbed. All design must be template based, so it's easy to change layout in the future. The layout of the external and internal pages must also be separate, as we wish that clients should be able to use their own design on the application pages if they wish.
