Big Commerce Template Tweaking/ Redesign

This job is for bigcommerce design and customization. I want a flash header designed, and a custom home/splash page. The flash header should have five rotating images with buttons that Link to product category pages. I would like a facebook icon on the left navigation area, connecting to my facebook account. I Need sale/deals banner with 5 featured products on homepage. In the footer i will need logo images inserted, such as methods of payments i accept. Need template customized for product page, checkout pages and email notifications. Need approximately 20 custom icons designed for buttons to link to various info. Customize into template if possible. The design is for fireplace, chimney and outdoor company, and i would like to build on our current design theme. Will provide competitors sites for examples. Need product page customization such as custom product optons with images. Something similar to topshop.com. Please have experience designing with bigcommerce and be able to show me your work portfolio.
