Adult site with CMS

We need a design for our adult website along with a nice logo. The site is to feature our own pictures and videos along with the ability for users to submit their own videos for viewing by registered members. We would like to have a very basic and simple website with a home page with a slide show and video sample, and content pages for our pictures, our videos, and user submitted videos for viewing by registered members. A blog for registered users will be needed as well as a bulletin board for the administator to post messages. Loading and subsequent adding of content will have to be easy for a novice webmaster and some tutoring and technical support may be required. We would like registered users to be able to vote for their favorite submitted video so as to award the submitter of the video a prize at the end of each calendar month. We have seen one website that has the type of format that we like. More details are available. DO NOT BID unless the price is acceptable to you.
