Hello, I'm an very experienced MS Access developer and have done lots of menu based access databases in he past. I've reviewed your database and see what you mean - there is a main form to access the list, but then you need to scroll through the records to review/edit them. My proposed fee would include: -Adding a menu page with add/search/add to predefined fields -Search form to allow people to find records based on any criteria you can define along with listed results and functionality for clicking through to that record. -Ability to select specific record and predefined field so that it can be updated without navigating into all the records. In my previous project i have automated the complete quotation process in which same excel sheet is shared between different peoples and one cannot see the quotation provided by others, I have used authentication method in it and only required fields were visible. Hi, I would suggest producing a single screen with all the entries listed. This main screen will have search/sort and filter options and there will be options to add new and edit existing entries as well as options to run the report. Technically I have 15+ years developing VB and database applications and I have developed numerous access applications for various requirements.
