Creating adding toolbar for excel

I have a set of macros. I need to make a toolbar just like ASAP utilities and combine all of them to one. I need help from someone to explain me how to do that. Finctionalities required are - 1. Creating macro enabled buttons on toolbar 2. Creating drop downs for different group of macros. 3. Extracting macros from existing sources 4. Once the toolbar is complete, I need a way to convert it to EXE file and lick the entire macro so that no one is able to customize it.
