Custom FileZilla Part 2

I want it to have filezilla frame work I want to be able to upload multiple files to different sites I want to be able to remember passwords of ftps I want to be able to make list ( groups ) I want to set up directories and keep them there. More detail when project has been awarded this is a difficult assignment.
