Hello we are looking for a virtual assistant to help us with several of our businesses. Most importantly we need an assistant that has the ability to call our clients and update obtain information from them, such as payment info and contact information. We also need help organizing our files and getting them all in electronic from and organizing our folders electronically and last but not least we need help with data entry. Will need to operate on USA east coast time. Also need a good internet connection with a phone number and instant messenger (like skype).
