Acquire Offshore .CN Domain Name and Registration Certificate

I need help securing an offshore domain registration of a domain name ending in ".CN". I also need the certificate of registration for that same domain registration. Recent changes in Chinese government policy regarding domain registration have complicated the process of registering a .CN domain name as a non-resident of China, but it appears to be possible nonetheless. When responding, please indicate your success and expertise in that reply. I have done a great deal of research already, and am familiar with the process. I am looking for someone with more familiarity and experience than I have already. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
