hiiii.. its akash aryans in have a experience of 3 years in video editing and 5 years experience animation and modeling. as your refereed video its all 3D work and may charge more than your expecting the minimum cost will be approximately 100000. with 3D model modeling, texturing, animation, lighting and video editing colour correction, voice over, special effects included. all th for done of modeling, texturing, lighting and animation done in 3Ds max and animation can also be done maya accuse of animation in best in maya, and Background and special effects like gradient background, lens flares particles etc are done in after effect and then all video are put together in final cut pro video editing software where the animation put together and make video with voice over and background music as shown in video and finally color correction in done in davinci reslove.
