CMS Changes

I have a few small changes and updates to a Content Management web site. The overall size of the site on our screens seems rather small. We want it be increased a little. Also we want to change the light blue color that surrounds the page (background) to another color or pattern, probably red or a gradient with red. In the admin we have the option to only have links on the left menu, we would like to be able to have them in the upper right as well. We have a survey form. On this form we want the user to be able to check a box in order to receive another survey by email if they are interested. They will need to provide their email address and the form will automatically be emailed to them. We will have a flash header designed and you may need to implement this into the web site. If you want to see the web site please let me know and I will send the link. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php
