To give you a brief summary of my work experience, I started off as a telemarketer in the year 2001 and over the next 10 years grew to the position of senior manager. During this 10 year career I have worked in the following roles and have had the corresponding set of responsibilities -
1. Frontline Executive - I worked on telemarketing, appointment setting and collections projects. I excelled at this and was very quickly promoted to managing and developing teams.
2. Team Leader - During this period I managed outbound and inbound teams involved in telemarketing, upsell and cross sell campaigns, appointment setting campaigns, data collection and lead generation campaigns
3. Operations Manager - As a manager I have managed a range of projects independently right from knowledge transfer and migration of projects to the deliver center in India to managing the project on a day to day basis.
Due to unfortunate personal reasons I quit working in the year 2010 and am now looking for new opportunities that allow me capitalize on my experience and contribute towards the growth of whichever company I work with.
I am confident that having previous successful work experience in the B2B projects I can excel in the B2B telemarketing space.
