Can You Create a Safety Plan Template?

I need a safety plan template created. You will need to create all of the content yourself. This content will need to be 100% your own work and original information. Writing copied from other places will certainly not be accepted. This will be a document that will contain around 20 to 30 pages of relevant information on creating a safety plan. It will be a generic document that anyone can edit to create their own safety plan document. You will need to provide chapters for the document and propose the chapters to me for review first before you write each section. This is not an easy task and quality is a MUST. Your english must be 100%. I reserve the right to cancel the contract at anytime should I decide that the quality you are producing is not sufficient for the task.
