Pingdom DNS health check reveals 8 issues with our domain settings. We would like someone to fix the follow. These are the error messages that we need fixed. 1. Reverse DNS. 2. 6 SOA records. 3. Superfluous name server listed at parent: [login to view URL] 4. Superfluous name server listed at parent: [login to view URL] 5. Superfluous name server listed at parent: [login to view URL] 4. Total parent/child glue mismatch. I would like this conducted as a single 1/2 hour web session in google hangout.

I can do this for you, I have more than 3 years of experience in web hosting and DNS record management is an everyday activity. You have to setup RDNS which will fix the reverse DNS issue I believe your namervers are not right SOA record should be only 1 Because of so many NS records, there is a glue mismatch.
