C# or VB application (.NET) to view multiple RTSP streams (RTSP streams on local network)

Hi, I am expert developer with large experience in various areas including RTSP streams playback, can you tell me more about the system is it for surveillance IP cameras or TV streams? Also how many streams do you expect to have?
