I require an application to display a slideshow of instagram pictures from a specific hastag. I prefer the software runs on linux, a raspberry pi is preferable. An application that runs on mono is ok, Windows app is ok if you cannot do linux. All settings should be configured by ini. No user interface on the display output, output should be clean and safe for broadcast. Obviously this app needs to use the instagram API There should be a way to approve pictures. Only approved pictures should appear on the slideshow. Bottom left of screen should be a text overlay to show the hashtag. Pictures should slide in and out to change. Not dissolve. Approval process could be web page generated by the app, or another app running on a windows machine.

Hi! On the Linux (Raspberry Pi) it can be done with shell, Python, PHP, Perl, as and on many other language. Everything what you need I made before, except, the visual effect for slide show (I used simple change, without the visual effects). For approval process I will create simple web-interface. The broadcast will be on the monitor or also into network? We can discuss the cost and time frame.
